My wounds were fresh, a mess you could clearly see, A broken mess, exposed for all to be. You watched me bleed, then moved in for the kill, Pretending comfort, with a twisted will.
I spilled my guts, the truth of my damn pain then you turned around an did the same thing
Every whispered word, a trap I didn't spot, Every gentle touch, a lie that you had rot I saw a savior, but you were just a thief, Stealing what was left, beyond all belief.
You built your empire on my shattered ground, A venomous whisper, without a single sound. You fed on weakness, watched my spirit drain, But this ain't a tragedy, it's a reckoning, full of pain. No more tears for you, no more wasted breath, Just the bitter taste of your deceit and death.
Remember late-night calls, when I'd confide in you? Each vulnerability, a weapon you'd used you learned my fears, my dreams, my deepest scars, Then twisted every truth beneath the moon and stars. Played the victim's friend, the shoulder I could lean, While sharpening your knives, behind the loving screen.
Every whispered word, a trap I didn't spot, Every gentle touch, a lie that you had rot I saw a savior, but you were just a thief, Stealing what was left, beyond all belief.
I was blind, I was foolish, I was lost in the haze, Believed your sweet poison through those desperate days. But the fog has lifted, the illusion's torn apart, And what's left is pure fire, burning in my heart. You thought you'd break me, leave me in the dust, But this anger's my fuel, my unbreakable trust.
Your reign of shadows, finally faded You built your empire on my shattered ground, A venomous whisper, without a single sound. You fed on weakness, watched my spirit drain, But this ain't a tragedy, it's a reckoning, full of pain. No more tears for you, no more wasted breath, Just the bitter taste of your deceit and death.
Yeah, your deceit and death... You thought you won... But you just lit the match.
