As We Walk Into God’s Land

There is thunder and lightning in my beating heart

We were always together, hand in hand with happiness

But you silently flew away and then heartbreak started, then I fell apart

Now I’m crying alone in this heartache of sadness and loneliness

I always praying that you are safe and in God’s arms

I hope that he would heal you and your big deep wounds and scars

You will experience God’s grace and you will rest in his palms

I know that you are always protecting me from beyond the shining stars

As I look at clouds of white, my heartbreaking tears are flowing fast

I am so grateful that I knew you and I got to feel your precious love

Inside your phenomenal amore and presence was a blessing and a wonderful blast

Now I am so alone, with all of our memories.  But I was not stopping you from going to the Above

I am sure that you will be there, waiting patiently and you will hold out your hand

Holding your hand, it will be amazing to see your handsome face

You will be blessed with the best big smile, as we will walk into God’s land
