Never jealous of a come up
But I know how y'all get down when money in ya cup
I'm protecting my peace I don't wana be down
Dubbed
Don't act like I don't know what's up
Make me look like a siting duck because you got money for now
Idc y'all not finna be on nth to try to make me look bad to the town
Nobody bout have me questioning my crown
Because when money get involved y'all look like clowns
So materialistic for the crowd
But the crowd just tryna see what they can get into and that's where you finna mess up and they gonna use you up till you dry

Well said. Your poem revolves around the themes of materialism, self-preservation, and the pitfalls of wealth. The poet expresses skepticism toward individuals who let money dictate their behavior and status. They assert their self-worth and emphasize the importance of protecting one's peace and dignity in the face of superficiality and envy.
Great poem
