You were my dog for a long time.
When you died, it felt like a crime.
It was six years ago tonight when you perished.
You were my Chihuahua and you were cherished.
About 10 P.M., I found you dead on the kitchen floor.
The pain that I felt was something I could not ignore.
I will say something that is 100 percent true.
You were my Baby Doll and I'll always love you.

A tribute to one's dog. Nicely written
Doggies rock, and their death is always traumatic.
Death is hard even of pets. Good emotional write.
