Notice of absence from Tristan Robert Lange
Life is full of seasons. This is a season of transition for me, where I will be moving with my family to a new location. As such, with much logistics to consider, I am doing my best to keep up. Please know if I accidentally don't respond, it is not because I am ghosting or becoming distant. Once things settle after the move, I am sure life will return to some normalcy. In the meantime, and always:
Read 👓, Write ✍️, Rise 🌅, Realize 🤯.

Pattern, pattern,
How we love a pattern,
We could wrap it all up
And ship it to Saturn.
Build, colonize—
Further our agony—
Call it our survival
And spread our tyranny.
But why in space
Must we henceforth deface
Another floating rock
We’ll begin to erase?
Death is our speed
We are tripping on greed.
We ban reason and truth,
While toking those we bleed.

So true it is Tristan we continue to expand and wish to colonize new frontiers when all we do is use up all the resources on the ones we inhabit. Well written my friend
Thank you so much, Soren. I really appreciate you taking the time to read it. That expansionist mindset has always fascinated and troubled me...we're so quick to look for the next frontier before we've learned to care well for the one already beneath our feet.
And thank you for your patience with my replies. I recently moved, and life has been spinning a bit faster than I'd like, so I'm slowly catching up. I truly appreciate your continued support, my friend. 🌍🔥💭🙏
Always a pleasure my friend. Hope that the new digs are agreeable.
Good write T. Popeye's munching the planet now - hoping to find spinach?! lol.
😂😂 Thanks, Orchi! Leave it to Popeye to solve humanity's greatest crisis with a can of spinach. I needed that laugh, my friend.

Ohh, we can't keep up with their antics, even if we've lots of spare time. lol.
Kudos my dear friend. A very important theme indeed.🌹
Thank you so much, Teddy. Your encouragement truly means a lot to me. I'm grateful the central theme connected with you...it's a conversation I hope more of us are willing to have. Thank you, my dear friend.

💜 reply also in a year I will not even notice, and I hope you ha e moved up and found your happiness
Do these fools really think they can master the geography of the infinity ?
hank you, Lorenz. That question sits right at the heart of the poem for me. We often speak with such confidence about what we can conquer...while understanding so very little. I truly appreciate your thoughtful reflection, my friend.
And thank you for your patience with my replies. I recently moved, and life has been spinnin
I'm coming to the conclusion
That as long as we remain in "separation"
Which is limitation
Then the insatiable consumption
Will refuse to exit the building
Even if it means our own destruction!
Thank you, Mutley. I think you've captured something profoundly important there. As long as we continue to see ourselves as separate from one another and from the world around us, consumption becomes an easy substitute for connection. I really appreciate your thoughtful and poetic reflection, my friend.

👍😊
A strong, thought-provoking poem. Title is striking and that reinforces the central message, and the contrast between the poem's rhythmic flow and its dark critique of greed, colonization, and environmental destruction makes it especially impactful. Very well written dearest Tittu ❤️ a fave 🌹
Thank you so much, Salvia. Your kind words truly mean a great deal to me. I'm especially grateful that the poem resonated with you enough to become a favorite. Thank you, my dear friend. 🌍🔥💭🙏
