as chosen

arqios

As chosen,

I sit

inside this arrangement,

matching posture for space,

drawn into

a sketchbook's open page.

    simple but powerful my friend

Arqios, this is beautifully spare. There’s a quiet tension in being placed somewhere and then adjusting yourself to fit what has already been arranged. Thoughtful piece, my friend. πŸŒΉπŸ–€πŸ™πŸ•―οΈπŸ¦β€β¬›

There’s a quiet feeling of surrender here, like the speaker is accepting a place already drawn for them. The sketchbook image is damn effectiveβ€”it makes identity feel both chosen and arranged by someone else.
