Life is full of seasons. This is a season of transition for me, where I will be moving with my family to a new location. As such, with much logistics to consider, I am doing my best to keep up. i took my knotted fist
punched it through the gizzard
of a giant wizard lizard,
king of a magma river,
walking away like a shiver
from condensational fuzz.
float along on the buzz,
a hive of robot stop abodes
on a train that rides roads.
choo-freaking-choo
don’t stop, don’t hit no brake,
swerving on like a rattlesnake,
the nonagon doors open infinitely,
go on, enter indiscriminantly.
don’t believe me?—

can’t escape to even poop.

If you've never explored the band, do yourself a favor. They've wandered through psychedelic rock, folk, jazz, metal, garage rock, jam music, synth-pop, microtonal experiments, and more. Chances are they've made an album for at least one corner of your musical taste. Go ahead. Look them up. I dare you. Double dare, even.

I love the style of music from my era. White rabbit, purple haze, strawberry fields forever. Not familiar with this one though. A fun write with the rhyme that bounced it along to the end. Well done my friend.

Very metal sound on strings it holds a most psychedelic feel to it with bent notes and the rush of passages. Its in and out volume distancing the sound gives further feel of this altered state as does repetition. Sudden cut offs leave the ears almost stopped. The auditory effects with its revs and cut offs give further feelings of such and its reverberations add the tactile feel. Wails with indistinct indistinguishable words make one feel in an in-between state while high pitched whistles add an agitated feel. The mixing on this one was perfect for the effect. As it calms down one feels that the state is wearing off. The beat of the drum like a heart beat. And then it fades out. It was a trip by itself I can imagine what it would be like if on something. Nice
A dizzying stream of wordplay and wild visuals, it pulls you into its loop and keeps spinning with energy. Very well written dearest Tittu ❤️ A fave 🌹
