Who works in mysterious ways?
Not currency, faith differently pays.
How many of us out there have it?
Never give up when looking to quit.
Remains the same once feeling blue,
Push darkness to the back of a queue.
People change but you can't do anything,
Focus on the goodness salvation will bring.
You don't have to see in order to believe,
Takes a lot of work, I once had a reprieve.
Full steam ahead, not questioning again,
Writing about it until no ink left in the pen.

The people who bring light when our lives are filled with Darkness - FRIENDS
The power that holds the life of every being and feels blissful - AIR
The source that flows through the weapon(pen) that is used to create the creations - INK
A voice that redirects you by shouting out loud in your mind - THOUGHT
A portion which makes you feel alive - HAPPINESS
A light that elevates, a power that gives life, a source that helps create, a voice that redirects, a portion that makes you alive = Faith.
Faith - Yes, I was talking about faith this whole time. Have you ever wondered how you keep moving every time you fail and fall?
It is because you replace your fear with faith. Faith isn’t about believing everything goes well; it is about standing tall even when nothing goes well.
Have Faith……

The joining of two poems into one. Each nicely done. Good write
Cheers!
Most welcome Shaun
Shaun, what an uplifting collaboration. The thread of perseverance runs throughout, and I especially appreciated the reminder that faith keeps us moving forward when fear wants us to stop. The closing reflection ties everything together beautifully. Wonderful write, my friend. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
We've not seen a certain one who's gone home, but we saw him the film. lol.
