A Quiet Wish

In the turbulent world,
I walk through places,
through streets, through avenues,
and beside me, the others.

Blessed fellow beings.

When I look and imagine
the stories of the anonymous,
those who walk, who come and go.

Those to whom I secretly wish,
I wish each and every one who accompanies
life itself, that their life be happy—full and happy.

Good wishes along the streets for all,
those secret wishes for happiness,
that silent, inaudible greeting,
greetings for life.

Good wishes,
intentions of happiness
for everyone, no matter who they are.

May they turn away from harm and wrongdoing,
may they be happy, may they be filled with what is good,
these thoughts for all, everywhere.

In the dance of life, filling it with bubbles,
bubbles of well‑intentioned wishes,
so that life may be sweet and gentle,
without rules, giving happiness in silence.

The miracle of offering good morning
without saying a single word to anyone.

It is beautiful to wish happiness
without words, in silence.

camino por los sitios,
por calles, avenidas,
y a mi lado, los otros.

Benditos semejantes.

Cuando miro e imagino
historias de los anónimos,
esos que caminan, van y vienen.

Esos a los que secretamente les deseo,
deseo a todos y a cada uno que acompañan
por la vida, que su vida sea feliz, plena y feliz.

Buenos deseos por las calles a todos,
esos secretos deseos de felicidad,
ese saludo secreto inaudible,
saludos por la vida.

Deseos buenos,
intenciones de felicidad
para todos, da igual cómo sean.

Que se alejen de hacer daño y mal,
que sean felices, que se llenen de lo bueno,
esos pensamientos para todos y en todo.

En el baile de la vida, llenando de pompas,
burbujas de deseos bien intencionados,
para que la vida sea dulce y apacible,
sin reglas, en silencio dando felicidad.

El milagro de dar los buenos días
sin decir ni una palabra a todos.

Es bonito desear la felicidad
sin palabras, en silencio.
