One moment to relive

I want a moment in the past,
a moment that haunts my thoughts.
Until the end this one will last,
I want to watch and understand that spot.
Just a moment to relive it reviewing,
a clearer picture for reflections part.
An understanding of what she was doing,
and why she was beating down my heart.
