Stainless steel glinting as it draws its papercut thin incision
for the sake of precision
Mocking, derision – sliced into a semicircle grin
Bitterness creeping from the flap opening
Rancid sweet, sticky, bloated in its ache for suffering
Trailing viscera along its trek, slithering
Glistening in decay, loathing
It winds, snakes, creeps close
It has found a new host

Dark and horrific this poem leaves a trail of destruction. Well worded
