God, can I just burn this heart?
Fuel myself and only use my brain
No emotions,
no scars,
no pain?
All numb.
Just work like a machine?

A poem asking for the loss of emotion due to pain. There are those that feel no pain physically or emotionally and it is very dangerous. Well written
