Abraham was up most of the night. Between this new project he and Luke are working on, plus Annalise being back for two years?? Annalise has been at the forefront of his mind. Luke told him all about Sweet Treats! How this business has been a real hit for Annalise. Abraham can’t believe she went ahead with a “razzle delight!” This was their favorite when the were children; it’s both a candy and a gum. What a surprise!! He’s decided today for his lunch break that sweet treats is where he’s decided to eat. He’ll bring Luke along just in case Annalise becomes “mean.” There’s not a mean bone to her. He knows this without a doubt. Many times Abraham was stuck on a problem she was always encouraging and helped him out. “I should’ve never told her NYC is where dreams go to die.” It hurt Abraham deeply that he made her cry. As he parks the old truck he catches a glimpse of Annalise laughing with customers and having such a good time. “She’s as beautiful today; especially when she smiles.” “It’s now or never; I suppose.” What happens next? I’ll see you back here tomorrow!

Another entertaining chapter in the saga. Well written Sharon
Thank you my friend
Most welcome Sharon
Good write GS. And now a happy tale of KP going abroad for 50 years. Happy for me, that is! lol.
Abroad? Where to? 50 years ?
To Outer Space. She might not come back. Hooray! lol.
Sharon, what an engaging installment. Abrahamβs vulnerability gives this reunion real emotional weight...and now Iβm eager to see whether courage survives the walk through that door! Wonderful writing, my friend! πΉπ€ππ―οΈπ¦ββ¬
