We all have bits of this and that,
Always with the fitness, I'm not fat,
Fragments of a soul left on a yoga mat,
What does this mean, so strange,
Sinning in an earthbound cage,
I know that God knows my rage.

That you there, breaking that mirror? Or is it someone else in disguise, e.g. Edward Taylor? heehee. (see the initials).
Haha disguise.
There is a sense of captivity in this poem be it of a mundane day or routine or life itself. Well done with rhyme
Appreciate it.
You are welcome Shaun
Shaun, what a strong piece! The humor draws me in, but beneath it sits a fractured spirit wrestling with guilt, confinement, and a God who already knows everything we are afraid to admit. Excellent write, my friend! 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
Cheers very much!
