When did the sun go behind the clouds, when did the rain start
A wedding gown turned shrouds, where did the seams fall apart
You say it has always been stormy the skies have always been black or gray
Were things only bright before me, and that since together only I had a bright day

Lovely flow to this my friend
Thank you Norman. I appreciate the read and comment my friend
most welcome
you might as well get married wrapped in a shroud to save time ...
Thanks Lorenz for the read and suggestion. Yes I believe it would save on cost as well. Wedding dresses can be thousands of dollars and even renting a tux is not cheap.
Sounds like some differences within a Marriage. Two ways of looking at a long Relationship. 💔
Thanks Kevin it seems true in many relationships where one sees and remembers things different than the other. Your words are most appreciated
Glad to contribute.
When a relationship that was once bright turns dark brings on such confusion, hurt and emotional disorientation and self-blame. '🙏🕊️
Thanks Cryptic I have seen this in many couples and the most complex are the ones where one sees the past as bright and the other as dark.
Soren, what a powerful piece. The storm feels both sudden and eternal...leaving one person to wonder whether love ever brought mutual light at all. Painful, honest, and beautifully expressed, my friend! 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
Thanks so much Tristan for your read and understanding interpretation you are dead on where one may see things totally different than another and therefore remember them different as well. Most appreciated my friend
Good write SB. Yes, the weather, and everything, took a turn for the worse when I married KP. lol.
Every cloud has a silver lining Orchi Thanks so much for the read my friend
A deep and rather emotional write with clear meanings and triggering rather resonating feelings. Well-done, my friend
