It took all Abraham has within him to walk inside Sweet Treats with Luke. He’s not sure what to say to Annalise after all he’s put her through. The waitress comes over and both Abe and Luke place their order to go this time. The place is jam packed! With no where to sit in or outside! Loretta tells Annalise to look up table number four; and as Annalise heeds her directions she wonders; “what is he doing here? Hasn’t he hurt me enough before?” Abe and Annalise make eye contact; and for a brief moment both of them are in a trance. “This isn’t the time nor the place for him to be here now.” She says; “Just say hello.” Loretta suggests. “I have a lot I can say; hello is not on my mind.” Will this turn sour after all? Come back next time.

Do they know KP? That's ruined the story, if they do. lol.
lol 😂
Sharon, you’ve built one heck of a tense encounter here! That silent exchange says more than conversation possibly could...especially with far too much history and absolutely no room to address it properly. I’m bracing myself for their next meeting, my friend! 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
Thank you Tristan
Another chapter that leaves the reader wondering the outcome so I guess I will be back. Good one Sharon
Thank you my friend
My pleasure
