Story of patience

Princess Osariemen Aihie

Days passed

weeks passed

Months passed

years passed

yet I had not seen ;

hmm;

the red moon

the pride of a woman

worried, confused

scared to tell my ;

innocent aunty

tell her what?

that I was pregnant

Who gave me the child?

her husband

raping me at night

loving the pleasure

always smiling

evil smile

while I was in pain

now the nemesis

She found out ;

yes she found out

he admitted it

shocked right?

yes he did

because the wife;

did what?

denied him pleasure

pleasure of what?

pleasure of the bed

so he used me ;

as what ?

a tool

now look;

a fifteen years

pregnant girl

they forced me out;

out of the house

because of a sin;

I did not want to commit

it was a murder;

because I was becoming a mother

Looking helpless on the street

but later found the shelter

gave birth;

named him Peace

because he brought him peace;

yes peace I say

i found my peace;

outside a home of abuse

discovered a talent;

of creativity and patience

of self care and tender heart

I forgive them

tell peace a story;

when he grows older

Hmm a painful story indeed

Kudos to the single mothers out there

Love you all

From a mess to a message

From a test to a testimony
A story of love;

care and patience

    A story of tragedy, sadness and bad things. Nicely written with a message of forgiveness and moving on. Well written.
