How Can You Help Me Pt 5 Psychology 501: Theory, Research, and Practice

Anthony Hanible

I fall again
Psych 501
Down past the roots
Far from the sun

I drop through ages
I break through stone
I hear the void
Claim my throne

I reach for meaning
I reach for breath
I reach for anything
Left of death

Then Theory arrives
Not a lesson
Not a page
But a god‑spark rising
From ancient age

Theory is titan
Hammer and lore
A myth‑map etched
In the mind’s deep core

Then Research awakens
Not numbers
Not charts
But truth that survived
A thousand hearts

Research is oracle
Seer of night
The voice that whispers
The hidden right

Then Practice steps forward
Slow
Alive
The path a mortal
Must walk to survive

Practice is ritual
Steady and real
The sacred method
Of learning to heal

I rise through ruin
I rise through flame
I rise remembering
My secret name

I climb through shadows
I climb through doubt
I climb to learn
What life’s about

I scream for answers
I scream for fate
I scream to open
The final gate

And you help me
Psych 501
To face the dark
To greet the sun

You help me stand
You help me see
You help me forge
The myth of me
