When I think about my week,
you are the least exciting part.
what a cruel way to announce your departure,
what a cruel way to tell me what you think of me,
what a cruel way to be honest.

- Comment from author about the poem: I had a breakup a while ago and this sentence stuck with me, I think I absorbed it for so long but I would like to reject this sentence as I know it’s how they chose to express themselves rather than a reflection of my self worth.
