In the quiet of the night
I send out a prayer to you
Hoping you find strength
In all you're going through
I know its never easy
When adversity takes hold
The best that we can strive for
Is to be strong and never fold
Sometimes we'll surprise ourselfs
At just how strong we can be
Though what we are struggling through
Other's may never get to see
