The Fancy dress Ball begins at Five,
So Something quite novel I tirelessly Strive.
Now dressed as a Screwdriver will be a big hit,
It's certainly Original you have to admit.
And it'll turn a few Heads when I finally arrive.

Atropos set to cut the thread holding Damocles on the mobile. A fun read
Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it.
You are most welcome
Oh, Kevin! π I was already amused by the costume choice, and then that final turn of phrase finished the job. Delightfully silly wordplay, exactly as it should be. Thanks for the chuckle, my friend! πΉπ€ππ―οΈ
My Pleasure. Thank you for Reading and for the fave.
This is a wonderfully goofy little bit of wordplay, with the screwdriver costume giving the whole thing a playful, absurd charm. The βturn a few headsβ ending is a damn perfect pun for the occasion.
Thank you. Glad you enjoyed it. ππͺπͺ
