I know half a trick with a split mind, the illusion wavers in the deep grind.
You wonder, how I've done it, thinking two steps ahead, but always miles behind,
I fabricate the lies
you percieve with your eyes.
Your attention present isn't enough,
You need to think outside the box;
Because the more you focus on the fickle of my hand,
The grander my performance ends.
It may sound too bland and simple,
Once you know the truth,
But that's the secret of a symbol,
The ache that's left unsmooth.

A simple trick when known but amazes when the secret is kept. Well written it remains the same in metaphor for many things in life.
