The blistering heat
The burning sun
It's a battle that can't be won
You ack, sweat, curse
I don't know what is worse
It's hard to find shade
It's to stay cool
How yearn to swim in refreshing pool
To swim in ice cold water
That's what I crave
To escape this frustrating heat wave
