I take a breath
and shed my armor
revealing to you
my pulsing, throbbing heart
full of ages of pain
trauma and regret
the very things
that first forged that armor
which places that division
between me and you.

Nicely said armor once forged now removed a sign of trust. Nicely written Franz

Wow, Fränz…this is raw in the best way. There’s pain here, but also courage in allowing yourself to be seen without all the protection between you and another person. That landed deeply with me. Powerful write, my friend. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
Thank you sir!
Takes a lot of trust to unweld the armour.
Onwards and upwards.
Indeed and thank you!
