That’s What They’ll Remember

GenXer Sharon 🙏🍀

You’ve grown; you learned the tough lessons the hard way; you’re a different woman now and still the world only sees your mistakes. Maybe you were foolish; a little rebellious too; that’s exactly where God meets you. Hurtful games people play with a woman’s heart; the world thinks she’s stupid; but she’s not. Pretending to be interested in someone for your own personal gain? Or pretending you care? My Heavenly Father is well aware. Maybe you said things or did things that hurt another’s soul? God has a power to give you a fresh start; a better plan with new goals. You can make all the right changes just be sure you do it for the right reasons; because the world will only remember your worst of seasons.

They say that you are only as good as the last thing you do. We are remembered more for the bad than the good whether man or woman. A wonderful write Sharon stressing the strength and goodness we each have. Well done

Sharon, I connect with this deeply…that experience of growing beyond who you were while knowing some people may never update their picture of you. Faith gives that struggle another dimension entirely. Wonderful piece, my friend. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛
