Matter Baby

Dara Ó Rinn

Tonight I shall be me. A man in confusion unsure and afraid. Tears fit to well, as a beaming sun subsides.
My heart is still unknown. A mind full of pish. Things that matter not.
It is you. No it is I who is alive. I am filled with a cradle of possibilities but i cannot be set. This man is a whirlwind. The certainty I crave. The steady action of a brush with substance. The reality and truth of a life that is not mine. Set me free from the anguish of a million scenes, as I perish by my own devices and will. I must relinquish control before all is lost. Steady on.
