Endless thoughts
A cold drink
A froggy voice from singing
Morning blues
A peace in the air
A comfort in a song
A hug from a blanket
And the sound of a fan
Now out of bed
I didn't know what sleep meant
Tomorrow, another day
Same cycle
Endless play
4 a.m.
A treat
But how did it end so quickly?
How lonely it feels now
Now, 4 a.m., I'm awake, thinking, and cold
And wishing for the same cycle I once called boring

I like this one A.N! I have a poem I’m still finishing that’s about what you hear at 2 AM. Your imagery in this is very good, I can picture an early morning, fantastic job
