It comes to something don’t it
When the truth of the situation
Might be better fixed by a bit
Of advice from the opposition?
***
Know wot I mean? It seems Iran
Has a grip on reality
Unknown elsewhere, for rather than
A cure, the world is all at sea……… literally.

You're not wrong. The Whole thing is a Headache.
Good job my pension covers the fresh prices at the supermarket....so far....
Thanks Kevin for the support.
My Pleasure.
How true. I never thought I would see the day when Iran made more sense than the U.S. or maybe Trump just has a bad PR man.
PR lady resigns to look after her family.... true!
Yea you are right Dave my own country and I don't care to listen to the news anymore or even remember the details of events. Hope lost long ago.
What is reality? asks Sir Orchi NS in Cuckoo Land! lol.
A far better land, I would suggest, than any one might find around here....
Dave, I connect with that feeling of looking around and thinking, surely somebody somewhere has to be seeing this clearly. Sometimes the strangest part is who ends up sounding grounded. Enjoyed this one, my friend. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
Cannot add to that,Tristan. I am grateful for your support and confirmation that I'm not alone in my bewilderment.👍👍
There’s a damn wry political bite here, especially in the idea that the “opposition” might occasionally have the better prescription while everyone else is floundering. The closing “all at sea… literally” gives the piece a nicely sardonic snap, though the Iran reference feels deliberately provocative rather than fully developed.
Good call, Thomas. I was provocative, I admit it. In truth there is no knowing what is going on from anyone in this conflict, and I don't know how to develop a rational analysis. All I have is that anything which issues from the mouth of POTUS is likely to be contradicted through that same mouth (although not admitted as such) within days, usually. Little or no coherence there at all.
Glad you found something in my piece, although I'm not sure it warranted the trouble - I'm floundering.
