Morals are disappearing fast on this upside down planet,
Almost as if the powers that be ultimately planned it.
It costs nothing to be kind, think about your actions,
Guess you could say I'm from one of the rebel factions.
Caring has became a thing of the past for so many,
Money will be left after we're gone, drop that penny.
Selfishness equals a sucker, false faces pucker,
Would rather be a nonconforming evil butcher.
I mean stopping bad people, not becoming one,
Ignorance is blissful in the times of revelation, for some.

Good write SM. Is someone kind? His name is Eddie Taylor, I think (initials. heehee).
Lol, total obsession haha.
Ohh, but I knows other guys too - erm, Eric Todd, Ernest Turner, Edward Thorpe, etc. (notice what they all got in common. lol).
Lol.
A great message in poetic form where maybe someone might hear. If only more would it would be a much better world. Nicely done Shaun
Thank you, I agree.
Most welcome Shaun
Shaun, this comes from a place of real frustration with how casually people can treat one another. There’s anger here, but underneath it is a pretty simple demand...don’t lose your humanity. Strong piece, my friend. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
And yet most require begging to be the least bit kind.
