Is anybody out there

boot

Are there levels...once you've gone ?
Released the shore..the living
Tears... are seas of grief ...say some
Prayers.. are winds to help along

Your journey

Are you floating ?...as you leave ?
No one knows...but all believe
Something more ...the weight of soul
If soul has weight..then it must go

Somewhere

Cue religion..and it's leaders
Showing all...their way
Sorrow garners search for meaning
Attentive ears adorn the masses

Sadness

Easy prey for.... cultist's ways
Adept...at faking true
Witty words confusing...yet...
Infusing all with misty hope

Ideology ...explained

Is it our fear of nonexistence that prompt the creation of religion. The need for perceived justice prompts the idea of heaven and hell. Nature far kinder all must experience death there is no prejudice or judgement it is the same for all. Hope the last to die. Nicely written, thought provoking.

You are most welcome. I have never tried so am not sure but there must be a way.

James, this asks the questions grief forces upon us while keeping a wary eye on anyone too eager to supply definite answers. The movement from mystery into exploitation is quietly chilling...a thoughtful and incisive piece, my friend. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛
