A Sign From Above

Teddy.15

A hummingbird
so bright in colour
came out of nowhere
and made me cry with joy
hovering perfectly over my head
I, I could feel a spirit presence
and all my sorrow
flooded out of my body
like a tsunami after an earthquake
In the middle of the ocean
that was actually my heart...

and it was filled with love.

A most beautiful image and that flutter that they make is a very fast heartbeat indeed. I have them visit me quite often flying in my front door hovering about my living room and out through the kitchen. The ones here being an iridescent aqua blue. Very nice my friend.

Hello dearest Syd, this poem is about someone lost coming back as a hummingbird to visit me, it does fill me with love even just the thought. I'm still away from home and I'm far too relaxed at the moment 🌹 I hope you are well dear friend.

What a deeply moving piece, Teddy. A small, radiant visitor becomes the opening through which sorrow finally leaves and love returns. The whole encounter feels spiritual, intimate, and beautifully healing. Wonderful write and addition to your Raven collection, my friend. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦‍⬛
