I think it funny
It's all about the money..
The enlightened age!
All their knowledge
Taught in college
Has to have its way.
Money in bags with holes; a prophetic insight:
They sow much but bring in little
Eat but when it comes to the crunch
Put on garments that never keep warm
Cry out it is never enough..
Led to disgrace; while being robbed:
Could this be what happens, when money becomes a God?
One worshipped on a global stage..
Shucked by its purchase; swallowed in vain.
Those with ears to hear,
Will blindly say :
It's never about the money, it was never to be this way...
Hands were given
Given to produce
A life of giving
In life is no rebuke
Our Father owns the cattle on a thousand mountains: in rich pastures do they feed, and all of his provisions are for those that can believe...
But will he find faith on earth?
That's not for man to say.
But in his life of freedom-
They praise him every day.
