"Inter-Galactic Security
How can we help"
"Me I need protection
From the ones
I believe to be myself
I'm giving myself hells
No, wait a minute, they are"
"You mad?"
"Yes, I am
Not, they are!"

A fun read Mutely that feels in a way Lewis Carroll
Thanks for dropping by!
You are most welcome
LOL
Thanks a million!
What a clever little exchange, Mutley! The caller seeks protection from the very identities they cannot determine are self or other, while the dialogue keeps folding back upon itself. Funny, disorienting, and perfectly matched to the title. Excellent work, my friend! πΉπ€ππ―οΈπ¦ββ¬
I almost got confused myself when re-reading the rhyme!
A mighty exploration in a short poem, of inner conflict, self-blame/self-defence, fracturing of identity, the chaos of trying to understand one's own mind, and the absurdity of arguing with self. The playful, chaotic portrait makes the pain bearable.
You nailed it, Arqios. The mystery of Identity. And not taking it all too seriously. The quest goes on!
Yup, an ongoing questππ»ποΈ
