Inspiration shows up
unannounced ...
That unfaithful one
with a childlike smile
who plays hard to get
and then run away...
Beauty whose fleeting charms
drives you wild
and makes you astray
with a delightful taste of abandonment...
On the ransacked worktable ,
a farewell letter telling you
that she'll be back ...
sometimes, she pops away her stage props ,
masquerades and weariness...
It's often during those confusing sleepless nights
when the queen of spades removes her makeup ,
revealing the lie behind appearances.
and rekindling long-lost embers...
So ,with a semblance of remorse ,
you give yourself over to every caress
and other forms of drunkeness ...
Inscribing in the soul the echo
of an abyssal melancholy ...
Poisonous scent of this fear
of losing you again in an unfinished tangle...
sensual temptress who possesses me
without passion .
In the muggy heat of feverish insomnia
I lie down near to the cold of this unknown corps ,
whispering all -too - familiar words
that make you gently laugh ....
You chain me up without any attachment ,
just like a destructive addiction ...
Are you nothing but that mornful virgin ?
that fatal courtesan ?
constantly searching for your name
in the book of shadows ...
wasting my poor hours ,
making love to your absences ...
You, my holy inspiration .

much enjoyed
Inspired journey ...
much so
A confession of a willing captive.
Even the most inspiring spring is fed by murky waters...
This seems a spiritual archetype and holy temple of the cosmos. Lovely
Blessed be my holy worktable !
A sacramental masterpiece
What a darkly sensual portrait of inspiration, Lorenz! You transform the creative impulse into an unreliable lover whose appearances consume the poet and whose absences consume him even more. The final devotion feels simultaneously sacred, addictive, and destructive. Brilliant work, my friend! 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
Good bye forever -I'll be back soon !
