Demar Desu

forgive me for my foolishness!

for wanting more than I have!

have I forgiven myself?

There’s a damn raw little knot of guilt and desire here, and the last question is the one that matters—it turns the plea for forgiveness inward. Three lines, but there’s a whole damn struggle between wanting, regret, and self-forgiveness inside them.
