One third of the year, that is
Two-thirds of it have gone
To a certain day, Ch........
Which I can't mention until December
Or Goldfinch will shoot me! lol
C'mon now, it's very difficult
Can ya guess the word? It's got nine letters.
Chicken? you say
Nope, only seven letters
Celebrate - well, yes, but not the word in mind
Confusing? Nope, that's not the word either
Ohh, ya knows the word!
But what other words can't we say?
I can't say Supercala-wotsit
Nor that hippo word - not that it relates to hippos
I'm gonna say the word- Oh no!
"Xmas" - there, I've said it!
Get that Ch..... tree ready, and decorations
Well, we need to be in good time!
LOL.

I thought the word was going to be Chrysalis Orchi. You made me smile again for the second time this week. Not an easy thing to do when bringing up this subject. I'm a bit touchy about it since it seems to be a money making holiday where all Christian countries seem to be capitalistic. Good one my friend
Thank you SB. Why yes, some shops have Ch...... goods in already! It's tricky for us not to say the word. lol. It will have to be chrysalis for now. You know Chris Allis? lol.
You are most welcome Orchi. The name is familiar but I can\'t place a face with it.
🤣 Orchi, this had me laughing! The Baters already filmed the festive special back in March...they’re up to more episodes than Elon has money. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
Was informed that the term '"Xmas" was verboten, as it showed disrespect to some baby alleged to have been born on that day.
Thank you D. Yes - but Goldfinch won't let me say Ch........... lol.
Then why not give the game away? The day will still be there and an absolute voluminous crowd only too willing to remind me. lol
I thought I had given the game away. lol.
Really? You don't do anything but have a lie-in on Dec. 25?? No stocking at the bottom of your bed? No mouldy pine tree dropping needles all over your pristine carpet? And a sooty covered red suited old geezer having a quiet kip in the the corner before he gets on with his travels?
Well, yes, I did complain about some fat beardy bloke coming down me chimney and ruining me lounge carpet with soot!
Nice to see you are actively engaged in putting the world to rights, Orchi. Man after me own heart.
He ruins our lounges every Christmas morning, by filling it with soot! That's why we should complain.lol.
