Fires always burn out, but this one will stay alive forever
It haunts me at night, appears in my dreams
I wake up in agony, i can't help the screams
My thoughts get too loud so instead i drown them out
I never leave the house, i'm consumed by sorrow and doubt
It's my fault you're gone, i can't change the past
I have no more hope just a unfulfilled promise
And when i imagine the future, i find no solace
Because without you life has no meaning
I live in isolation, i've pushed all my friends away
To try and hide from the fact that is the present
I don't try and pretend i'm fine, why become a liar
My words just echo in my mind
“I love you like all-fire.”
