Peace is burning,
Breathing in calm,
Heart knows no scratch,
Hitting my palm,
Hears the still pulse
Twisting my neck,
Seems there is no regret,
Setting us free
Was the best choice,
Love has no voice
We drifted apart
The moves had no chance
The situation
Is deceitful
The moves were loot
It was an intuition
Hiding beneath the dance,
Or needed a lens
To figure
The obesity in obsession

Beautiful words in this poem nicely written
thanks
Most welcome
Isa, not going to lie, I have line envy here: “The obesity in obsession” is a killer line.
This poem captures the difficult freedom of leaving a relationship that has become consuming. Attachment grows beyond love until it overwhelms everything between two people…and the peace afterward confirms the necessity of letting go. Powerful work, my friend. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
thanks i feel that inner peace,a friend saw my ex yesterday with the new girlfriend and immeadiately sent me their photo, but she got suprised of how i said i wish them happiness from the bottom of my heart.its been 2 months and ever since i let go i felt inner peace and i wish i got out earlier. i started questioning myself was it love or obsession of being with a handsome french guy.
thanks for ur support
