The world can be cruel and sometimes down right mean. With God on your side, it’s not as bad as it seems. You will be hurt and betrayed. Used and torn apart. Still He asks us to keep within us an open heart. To forgive those who have wronged us. To be gentle and kind; never blindly; use discernment keep a sound mind. The world may not like you. They’ve chosen to believe all they see and hear. Never will ask you your side of the story. Keep Faith over Fear. Whatever you do He asks that you do it with love; keep your heart open to His word; feel blessings pour from above. In this world you will have trouble; His word tells us so; He reminds us too that he has conquered the world; let His spirit through you flow.

Another write of faith and belief well written
Thank you my friend
You are most welcome Sharon
Nicely written
Thank you π
I not quite got the hang of this, cos, erm, I have trouble in the world since I married KP. It's my own fault, for saying those two ghastly words to her: 'I do!' lol.
Sad π
What a heartfelt poem, my friend. I especially appreciate the way you hold forgiveness, discernment, faith, and love togetherβ¦an open heart does not have to be an unguarded one. There is a lot of wisdom in that, Sharon. Beautifully done. πΉπ€ππ―οΈπ¦ββ¬
Thank you Tristan π
