You taught me to only see
the fractures behind my eyes.
Always short of your expectations.
A child born with only the broken pieces,
always searching for the repair manual.
Always wondering when will I see your pride...
When will you finally love me?
When will you see my beauty
beyond my fractures?
The sad truth is you can't.
I don't even believe
you can love and it's
not your fault because
it's the fracture you
were born with.
No repair manual
can repair that.
You always hated
that I could see it.
It's why you taught me
to only see my fractures
like your father did to you.
A family tradition I will
fracture...
