Exercising nearly every day of the week,
I already know that I'm a fitness freak.
No cheating with steroids, never broke a bone,
Gym is a 22 min walk or 5 min drive from home.
My long distance running days are over but use the treadmill,
Wanted to bulk out my arms for sleeve tattoos and still.
Continue with cardio and weight training but don't push too hard,
Maintaining strength until the Grim Reaper punches my card.

You are most welcome Shaun
I really enjoyed this Shaun,
It reminds me of when I used to go to the gym. I only ever do cardio these days as I'm still recovering from surgery.
Nicely written - Syd 🍄
Cheers, hope your recovery goes well.
Nicely written
Tanks!
What a fun and determined piece, Shaun. There is discipline here, but also humor and realism...keep training, adapt when needed, and stay strong for as long as life lets you. Excellent write, my friend. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
Thanks pal!
