Why is me
existing as I actually am
such a problem?
Why must I
dress myself up to your standards
when nakedness fits me best?
When we two
make lingering eye contact
you office casual, passing in your car,
me, stark naked on my stoop
worlds and worldviews collide
as the heavens open up
and the warm rain soaks us both.

Open and closed to opposites in duality. Nicely done
Thanks!
You are very welcome
“Why must I

such a good line! great work 🙂
Thank you so much!
What a terrific piece, Fränz! The contrast between social presentation and complete self-acceptance is sharp, funny, and quietly profound...then the weather arrives and renders every imposed distinction meaningless. Brilliantly done, my friend. 🌹🖤🙏🕯️🐦⬛
Thank you Tristan!
