Peace of mind

William Hromada

When I find my peace of mind, the noise will finally fall behind — no more racing, no more fight, just the quiet of the night.
The world can spin, the storms can blow, but I’ll be still, and I will know that everything I chased and lost was never worth the heavy cost.
I’ll sit with what remains, and stay, and let the rest just drift away — a slower breath, a softer sound, my peace of mind, at last, is found.
