Look at my reflection, brush my hair,
Call it a day.
Look at my reflection, brush my hair.
I brush my teeth and I wash my face.
I call it a day.
I brush my hair and my teeth,
I wash my face and do my skincare,
And I call it a day.
I brush my hair, brush my teeth,
Wash my face, do my skincare,
And I apply my mascara and curl my lashes.
I add chapstick.
I call it a day.
I brush my hair and my teeth,
I wash my face, do my skincare,
Do my mascara and curl my lashes.
I add chapstick and blush.
Maybe some bronzer will help.
And I call it a day.
I brush my hair, I brush my teeth,
I wash my face and do my skincare.
I do my mascara and curl my lashes.
I add lip liner and lipstick,
Fake freckles and blush,
Bronzer and highlighter.
I curl my hair and add perfume and earrings,
And all these things that will help me become pretty.
But when I was younger, I didn't care,
And I called it a day.
Now the mornings are longer
And not the same.
And the mirror is my witness
To tears after every day.
But I put on my necklace and a bracelet
And check my appearance one more time.
And I call it a day.
