The thought floods my mind

Invasive, and uncontrollable
It keeps me from rest
It dulls all the colors
It never seems to leave my head
I'm losing myself
Scared
And I'm

I don't know what to do
Just let go of me
Let me free
Scared

What am I to do
I cant shake this feeling
Its taking me
So tired
