WITH A QUICKENED STEP
I tell myself: forward,
one step forward,
and another step ahead.
Along the Lord’s paths,
through life, facing front, moving on,
looking at life without fear of going on.
Among the falls, lifting the spirit.
If we stumble, we know falling is part of it,
but in the end we push ahead, we rise from everything.
And if we fall once more,
tomorrow will be another day to live.

Con paso rápido
Me digo: adelante,
un paso adelante,
y otro paso para adelante.
Por los caminos del Señor,
por la vida, de frente, en marcha,
mirando la vida, sin miedo de seguir.
Entre las caídas, levantando el ánimo.
Si nos caemos, sabemos que hay que caer,
pero al final tiramos para adelante, salimos de todo,
y si nos caemos una vez más, mañana será otro día para vivir.

At heart, I carry joy. In life, we all cross over in the end, so why worry? If we fall, we rise; and if we can't stand again, it only means we've made it to the other side.
En el fondo, llevo alegría. En la vida, al final todos cruzamos al otro lado, así que ¿por qué preocuparse? Si caemos, nos levantamos; y si no podemos volver a ponernos de pie, solo significa que ya hemos llegado a la otra orilla.

A wonderful attitude expressed in this write my friend. One step at a time we proceed into the future and life itself. There may be a stumble or two but we walk onward.
