both can be wonderfull awesome
or a bunch of bullshit or waste of time
i have had two good psychiatrists the present one fair to good
some religious people may say they are the works of the devil
therapists i have a good one now good
in the past they should give people more practical advice
sometimes they have wonderfull awesome insight
other times they assume too much most therapists i like better than psychiatrists some times a family
members advice or insight or wife or best friend can give you just as good advice
