Don’t die sad

Paris

Sometimes I think about a plain open field

The gentle smell of the cold breeze

As I lay on the damp, soft grass

I have my open shield protecting me

I was not born by society

I was born by my mother

I am a human being just like every other

Life gives you second chances

Life also gives you lessons

Don’t let the world pressure you

If you do it will kill you with its presence

you will be sucked into a world that is a lie

You need to build resilience and fly high

Remember

scorpions sting deep

vampires will drain you

Then leave you to weep

Spend your time that you have left in your life,

Doing what you think is right

What makes you happy

You are destined to be you

So be true to yourself

Live how you want to live

Feel how you want to feel

One day

There will come a day

That you won’t feel no more

You will be a soul buried in the air

knowing your life was lived

The way you wanted to live

moments before

Carpe diem and suck the marrow from the bone. Live life to the fullest as far as we know it is the only one we will ever have. A lovely write
