I hold no shame when I ride every emotional wave, as to hide your feelings is to live inside your own cage! what comes up must come out, only truth will set us free. The only problem is none of us are on the same journey, only we know our own belief that makes it all real. love grows on the shoulders of those of refuse to kneel.
