What..in truth is anything
When all has turned to ruin
Solid based..time's now erased
The rock...where all began
Turned to sand
Ground to dust ..the hardworn trust...
Misgivings... shroud the scene
Is it..could it..be a dream?
In fact..tis
Broken we
Easy said...replacement
But who replaces life?
Takes twenty years to know a soul
A click..a pic..short bio post
Surely won't suffice
Those.. entwined for decades
Know each others in's and out's
Wine spurred..hard words are pointy
This battle field...be scarred
Okay..I give..I'd rather live
And tomorrow..mow the yard

How long does it take to know someone. This poem speaks to this and more. Well written
Yeah...longer than you think
Maybe one really never knows another or even one's self
Well said
